Reading Town 4-1 Hanworth Villa (Southern Combination Cup Final 12th May)
The Reading boys take on Hanworth Villa in the Final of the Southern Combination Cup tomorrow night. I am looking forward to the game and the Barmy Army will hopefully be in double figures as I have got some of my mates going. Let's see a good crowd there tomorrow tonight, cheering on the boys, for their last game of the season!!!

Re: Reading Town 4-1 Hanworth Villa (Southern Combination Cup Final 12th May)
A excellent game to end a great season with 3 goals on the space of 13 minutes, and what great goals they were with Parfitt's crafty and well executed goal dinked over the keeper to make it 1-0. Deano then got his name on the scoresheet with a well placed shot in the bottom left hand corner so the score was now 2-0. Scotty Rees scored the 3rd goal and he hammered it into then top left hand corner. The Town kept on creating some more chances which saw their keeper brought into action. Hanworth Villa did get a goal back when they were awarded a penalty so at the break the score was 3-1.
Second half: The Town put the pressure on Hanworth and created plenty of chances but their keeper was getting his body in the way of the shots so the score stayed 3-1. Then the Reading boys made it 4-1 with a superb header from Scotty Rees it was spot on and beat the keeper. The Reading boys had some more chance but the keeper was doing his bit to keep the scoreline at 4-1.
Well done to all the players, management, staff and everyone for making it such a great and enjoyable season. Well done to all and cay you next season.
